Hilliers Hold Hampshire Hospice CONCERT
Following a visit to the LIons by Jenny and John Sutton of Voices for Hospices we were introduced to the great work they have done raising funds and awareness of the Hospice organisation. Specifically they enable massed Come and Sing Concerts which John conducts. Upcoming is a concert in the Sir Harold Hillier Gardens in September open to both singers and listeners. Actually, these are some of the many pre-loved donated soft toys that, after careful selection and cleaning, will reappear on our teddy tombola stall. The Lions will be fund raising at Fryern Funtasia and North Miller’s Dale Coronation Party on the Green, so come and see us and give our soft toys a safe new home before Lion Eric turns them into lunch.
